Decision-making game at the Lubuskie Provincial Office

The participants – representatives from all districts of the Lubuskie Province who work in crisis management teams on a daily basis – faced a scenario of a large-scale forest fire that gradually escalated into a complex crisis. The aim of the game was to practise decision-making under time pressure, effective information management, public communication and media relations, as well as to test procedures, coordination of activities, evacuation planning and teamwork.
